Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! We have teamed up with various courier services which have been selected according to each final destination so we can try to offer you the best shipping experience possible.

We strongly believe that shipping costs are not to be taken as profits so have decided to provide a few shipping options upon checkout in order for you to select the most appropriate method for yourself. All shipping methods are explained upon checkout. 

​​

We do occasionally offer shipping promotions. Please note that promotional shipping is the standard shipping method and is not tracked. 

​

The shipping time also varies according to your location. 

​

The following time frames apply with the courier services we have teamed up with. Please note this is their predicted time frames which we go by*.

​

UK: 1-5 working days ( depending on the option selected ) 

International: 7-10 working days ( as standard )

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns and upon receipt of the order a full refund will be issued through your original payment method. We are also happy to offer you this refund in the form of a gift card. This does not apply to personalised goods. If personalised goods are faulty/damaged, we will rectify this.

A full refund on non personalised items will be only be issued for items returned within 28 days. 

​

Please note that in order for a full refund to be applicable, the product(s) must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. Therefore the candle must not have been lit or used in any way. 

​

If it is a custom and/or personalised order - we do not accept the return and refund for these unless the product was received faulty. 

​

Custom orders are all quality checked prior to shipping and we keep photo proof of this. The only way one can receive a refund for a custom order is if it has arrived and doesn't match the ordered customisation features. 

​

If a candle or other product arrives broken due to courier fault, we will offer to produce a new one. 

​

All custom candles take 5 working days to make. This is to ensure that the candle quality and scent holds well before we release it to you. This is also explained on the product page.

​

The 5 working day production time does not take into consideration the shipping time frame*.

​

You will only receive a tracking number if you select a tracking option upon checkout.

​

Please note that if your parcel is undeliverable and does not reach you due to a mistake you made then we will offer you one more delivery attempt free of charge.

​

If you select standard (non tracked) option and you claim your parcel did not arrive, we do keep proof of shipping so we will raise a claim for you on your behalf but a full refund cannot be guaranteed when we have proof of shipping. 

​​

We do not refund the shipping fee. 

​

Please also note that we have the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show signs of being used or opened.
